WELCOME TO A SHITTY JAMJAR-ESQUE PSL STARTER
Good morning! Have a shrill alarm followed by an almost robotic voice on repeat. "If you have seen the pilot of Omega Res Novae..." "Security Breach. Please enter the administrator passcode at a designated command terminal." is the bland phrase that is being repeated at 60 second intervals.
Sure, you're probably confused. After all, you've somehow been deposited in a sterile metal room, in an (albeit comfortable) completely plain bunk. But, there's little time to get your bearings. That alarm will probably drive you insane before long, and it isn't likely that you'll stop it on your own. It should compel you toward the door, which opens automatically into a metal hallway. On one side there are numbered doors identical to the one you've just exited. On the other? Windows! Because some benevolent creator wanted to let you immediately see that you are stuck on an archaic space station.
There is a metal ring (where you currently are), surrounding a clear dome that is accessible by two large corridors. There seems to be greenery inside of the dome. Not, that it matters, since those access points seem kind of far.
On the bright side though, there is a hangar somewhere along the ring! And it has one of those handy command terminals right outside of it too.

No clue. The star patterns outside don't match up with any are of space I've been to, and with the UMN down...if we want to know where we are, we'll probably have to hope the station's computers have some sort of useful data stored on them.

[ She doesn't waste long dwelling on the ramifications of UMN dependence though. Understanding their situation is far more vital than dwelling on hardships. So it's right back to switching cords around and typing away on her connection gear. ]
I hope the others are alright... This place seems large, but I haven't seen another soul.

[He pulls his Connection Gear out of a pocket and starts typing at it, occasionally glancing at Shion's screen for its readouts.]
Of course, if it's anyone we know, I'm sure they'll be hard to miss pretty soon...

[ She actually smiles, thinking about their ragtag little group. As terrible as some of the recent events had been, there was still a lot to look forward to. The excitement of the unknown, a life surrounded by friends and love, the beep of her connection gear... ]
Oh!
[ She snaps out of her reverie and turns her attention to the small screen that is now randomizing numbers faster than anyone could actually follow. ]
Allen! I think it's working!

[He hooks his own Connection Gear up to the mess and starts typing on the keyboard.]
But if it does, maybe we could work something out to get the password out of this thing.

I wonder what this place was used for... Or if there's anyone left. Did you see the center through the window? It looks like it has a forest or something inside.

Hey! [ Her face brightens a bit with her idea. ] That forest. Let's go see it! I mean, if we stop the security system and can get to it.

[ Because they're absolutely going to be stuck on The Elsa for a long time. ]
And who knows? Maybe we'll find out we're not too far from the Elsa. I'm sure Jr. will want to see this.

[ She cuts off as the alarms suddenly halt. She can still hear them ringing in her ears, but the difference is like night and day. ]
See?
[ She hops to her feet quickly to check the screen. ]

[Or maybe that's the bruises from getting slammed into that wall. The worst of the damage might have healed, but it's a lot for even his system to handle at once. And that's why he's wincing as he stands up.]
I guess if there are any communications systems here that still work, this is a good place to start looking for them.

[ Sorry Allen, not every change can happen overnight. With the prospect of getting in there and finding out what's going on with this place, she doesn't notice his injuries hindering him. She just starts pecking away at the keyboard. ]
It looks like they use optical communications, but... There's already a distress signal transmitting.
