WELCOME TO A SHITTY JAMJAR-ESQUE PSL STARTER

Good morning! Have a shrill alarm followed by an almost robotic voice on repeat. "If you have seen the pilot of Omega Res Novae..." "Security Breach. Please enter the administrator passcode at a designated command terminal." is the bland phrase that is being repeated at 60 second intervals.

Sure, you're probably confused. After all, you've somehow been deposited in a sterile metal room, in an (albeit comfortable) completely plain bunk. But, there's little time to get your bearings. That alarm will probably drive you insane before long, and it isn't likely that you'll stop it on your own. It should compel you toward the door, which opens automatically into a metal hallway. On one side there are numbered doors identical to the one you've just exited. On the other? Windows! Because some benevolent creator wanted to let you immediately see that you are stuck on an archaic space station.

There is a metal ring (where you currently are), surrounding a clear dome that is accessible by two large corridors. There seems to be greenery inside of the dome. Not, that it matters, since those access points seem kind of far.

On the bright side though, there is a hangar somewhere along the ring! And it has one of those handy command terminals right outside of it too.

SORRY JIN?

It was hard not to remain a bit on edge, watching him and eyes flicking towards his sword. And noting that his hand relaxed, which helped some of her tension at least. And his explanation, it was understandable. She really couldn't blame him...

"I suppose that is natural." Although, she hadn't even considered it. Very few ever really tried attacking her, she'd never had to worry about much real danger since Yeshua or her friends looked after her.

"You wouldn't happen to know how to stop that wretched noise, would you?"
betrayalcutsdeep: (Something doesn't seem right here.)

He deserves it, how much he enjoys being vague!

"Presumably with the administrator passcode..."

He turned an aggravated glance up at the ceiling. He had higher priorities, but it was still annoying.

"I was hoping to find someone who belongs on this ship and might be persuaded to share it with me."

this is Mary though, he's constantly feeling guilty for confusing or messing with someone

"I- I'm afraid I don't know what that means." Administrator? Password? What? Someone get her some flash cards or something. None of this was making sense to her and all she wanted was to find her friends and go home.

And for the sound to stop.

"And I haven't seen a soul but you since I woke."
betrayalcutsdeep: (I wonder...)

And yet, she likes Yeshua

He raised an eyebrow, but didn't comment on her lack of knowledge. It wasn't entirely unheard of for Designer Children to be left completely ignorant of everything not related to their purpose, though he didn't want to imagine what kind of intent would leave someone unaware of such ubiquitous things. For now, it wasn't a priority.

"Hmm...this place may have been recently deserted, then."

Or worse. But he would have to hope for now that there weren't any Gnosis hanging around.

"But in that case, I wonder what triggered the alarm? Were you woken by it, as well?"

most of her guilt is focused on him and shion tbh

At least the Gnosis, between the two of them, weren't likely to be a threat. Existing as part of the universes will had some benefits.

"It did. It's impossible to ignore." He had a point though. It may have been recently abandoned. Everything was too quiet, and if anyone was left, wouldn't they have heeded the repeating message by then?

"Perhaps we should stay together. And explore."
